  1. It’s dramatic and that’s not the right way to handle this. Prove the doubters wrong, don’t hide your social media.

He ain’t going to last here

  2. Cool for him pulling a fast one on Howie. The good old social media wipe, the least masculine thing in the modern world.

  3. We’ve been so toxic to him after 3 games that’s why. Our fanbase gets a bad rep not only because of our rambunctiousness we are but also because of how we treat our players when they underperform.

Sometimes I’m ashamed to be an Eagles fan and the toxicity is why.

  4. I really hope he turns it around, but if not we might need to look to trade him come deadline time. Maybe somebody will offer a late 7th if they’re desperate for pass rush help.

  5. The man is probably being harrassed constantly, I don’t imagine the toxicity is good for his mentals. If scrubbing socials helps him focus on being a better player then good for him

  6. honestly speaking all professional athletes should have limited comments and restricted access to the public. nothing but toxic people in your dms all day.

  7. Considering how often we see racist shit in players DMs (most recent example is breadman after the packers game) I honestly don’t blame him. Anything eagles related on his page was probably being spammed by shit bag fans saying all kinds of foul shit. I do hope he can turn it around still, but it ain’t lookin good for him

  8. I wouldn’t mind having Reddick back and having Huff go, but it’s still early. I kind of want to see if Huff will adjust or if we will use him in a different way.

  9. Gotta be optimistic and hope an Alec Bohm type turnaround is in store, at least for another week or two

  10. Everytime I see one of these posts about a player doing this I think, “what an absolute child.”

And then I remember that a lot of them *are* essentially children. And I think of all the drama that would circulate around adding/removing people from your MySpace top 8, and remember that everything has changed, but nothing has changed.

  11. I honestly forgot he’s on the team. I can’t recall him ever being a topic of discussion during games. Players and fans have a transactional relationship that’s largely based on performance so it’s not surprising that he’s receiving negative feedback. When fans aren’t knowledgeable enough to understand exactly why a player is struggling, many of us falsely attribute it to a character flaw.

Clearly, he’s struggling on and off the field so I don’t understand the purpose of piling on by posting evidence of his frustration and disappointment as if he’s not a human being.

  12. He hates the Eagles. He hates Vic Fangio. He thinks the scheme is bad and setting him up for failure. He is going to escape and go back to the Jets, while still continue getting paid by the Eagles.

  13. > Bugatti

Maybe if this is one of those ‘96 Camrys with a catalog bought fake Bugatti outer shell.

  14. Yall need to stop reading into this every time this happens. AJ does it to lock in and everyone loses their mind.

If I had zero stats after taking millions of dollars from *our fanbase* I’d be hiding under a rock too. Doesn’t mean he’s going anywhere.

  15. Its so cringe when players do this shit, its the same thing as a 15 year old making his twitter profile picture and banner just solid black and then tweeting some stupid edgelord cryptic shit like “i need to step away”
