  1. lol we got swept by the Marlins and Vlad ended with 199 hits. That’s perfect.

Boy am I lucky nobody else is petty enough to go through months of overly positive comments and set them to music in the form of My Heart Will Go On played on a busted recorded.

Am I also lucky (?) that none of us ever felt enough optimism to make those comments in the first place…

Stick around with us in the off-season! We have lots of fun! Honestly, last winter was probably more fun than large parts of this season.

Will the Jays expand Vlad? Will Juan Soto come play with him? Will we sign someone before Boxing Day this year? Will Ross grow a beard again? Come back all winter long to find out!

The bold prediction results will be posted after the league MVP awards are announced. The off-season bold predictions will open later this week.

Thank you all for providing the kind of vibes that Emily Agard would’ve been proud of, even in face of this terrible season. It’s been a blast

  2. What a depressing end to the season, I’m looking forward to the off-season

I’ll miss the game thread with you guys

Pitching around somebody who’s one hit away from a milestone at game 162us just absolutely pathetic, fuck the Marlins

Vladdy still had hell of a season, Expand him

  3. This season sucked but I will never stop loving this team or loving baseball.

Also all you shitposters extraordinaire that made this tolerable and helped find the fun among the madness. Thanks for the laughs.

Looking forward to some great offseason shitposting.

  4. Pretty pathetic way to end the year. I’d say it’s been a pleasure but it hasn’t been fun since 2021.

  5. Thank god this season is over.

Time for management to wake up and get to work.

    Tasks to complete:
    • Re-sign Vlad
    • Add a power bat, can’t bank on internal improvements, AGAIN
    • Improve the bullpen by a lot
    • Figure out what to do with the supplementary pieces in the infield
