The most talented offensive player on our team at present, besides Tae. If we move on from Adams, we will see a superstar emerge in BROCK! BOWERS!

1000 yard season guaranteed
Tbh it’s always been primed to be his show sooner or later. Looks like sooner it is.
We also have 2.5 more years of Tucker on a rookie deal, and another 1.5 years of Meyers on an affordable (though not cheap) contract. So the cupboard isn’t bare.
Davante draws coverage there’s no denying that. But Bowers/ Tucker/ Meyers would still be a strong combo. I just hope we’re able to get value from a trade if we in fact trade DA- nothing less than a 2nd rounder should be part of the package.
As far as talent goes, I’m not ruling out JPJ being right up there close to Bowers. The drop off is more than we’d like but most of that is due to how good those two guys are. Tucker and Meyers then Miller maybe. Ugh that next drop off is even steeper.

Yea Meyers Bowers and Tucker are awesome and a great fall back if/ when we trade Tae. Saying that, be prepared for the entire offence to stutter a bit, as the gravity Tae brings to a field has been very helpful in the past 2.25 seasons of nearly anemic offence

Draft picks sound nice but the raiders are horrible at drafting so 🤷🏽♂️
With Kingsbury and Jayden and our current roster we would have been contenders
I’ve been saying since the end of last season, if someone throws a 1st rounder at us, I’d take it….but I bet a team with young promising QB like Washington or Houston would put together a nice trade package for Davante. I’d offer Davante and 3rd to Washington for a 1st and Terry McLaurin. I know it’s super unrealistic, but it would be a best case scenario.
It would be insane to trade him.
Now we just need Minshew to not randomly underthrow receivers

Good. The Raiders need to make moves and trade players while their value is still high. Right now, we’re not super bowl contenders. There’s a lot of holes to fill, and by the time we get there, Adam’s will be a shell of his former self. It’s better for both sides to send him away.
For years, I’ve watched this terribly managed team hold on to good players, waste their talent, only to get pennies in return for them.
Let’s build for the future.
He’s a massive reason as to why they’re trading him. I can tell that they’re doing what the Chiefs, Ravens, and Bills do where they don’t have a true WR1 but just a bunch of solid WRs getting split reps.
If I were a media person and i wanted to spni it, i could say that it alleviates pressure to get the ball to davante. But I’d be lying. I’d miss bro. Having a true #1 is a must for any offense. Especially in todays nfl. That said. If we wer going to move off him. i would have prefered we lost sunday. There are some nice QB’s in the draft. Namely, Arch and even possibly sheduer.
Truthfully. I wish we had done it in the pre season because Im tired of being #13 in the draft. we need a top 4 pick if we wanna get generational talent. And though there is no guarantee I think that the raiders wont pull another jamarcus.

I do believe that if we swapped Adams out for a lesser but still good WR, its a fine set of pass catchers overall. Especially if we can get a real QB.
I don’t think we will actually trade Adam’s, he said he doesn’t want to leave and we have made it clear we don’t want him to leave.
If we had a qb I’d be more confident. I do think though if we get a good haul for Adams it would be the right move.
If the argument is that we are trading Adams because of his contract and that we need picks, then all I can say is that Telesco and AP completely screwed up!
If that’s the plan or you’re just realizing it now in Week 5(?!), why didn’t they do that before the season to get picks and trade up for a QB?!
No matter how the situation turns out, AP&Telesco has caused a lot of drama, and something like this should be avoided during the season – both have lost a lot of credibility! I hope it doesn’t show up against the Broncos and ruin our winning streak!
