  1. This is truly the best scenario with how horrible it looked, wow. Boys must be happy knowing he’s coming back this season

Still sad he will miss opening night but I hope for him this means he gets to play for Finland at the Four Nations Faceoff!

  2. Great news! I hope some of those with “team sources” claiming he’s out for the year do some reflecting on what value they bring when they’re presenting speculation as fact.

Really happy for him. Hopefully he can still end up with a productive season.

  3. Holy shit I can’t believe it’s not season ending. Still sucks for Laine but I’m so happy for him that his season isn’t lost.

  4. Very confused as to how Laine’s injury is less severe than David’s, but I’ll take the good news

  5. Bro has the most flexible knee ligaments in the world. What a miracle hoenstly, this is the absolute best case from that hit.

  6. Patty comes back fire in his belly scores 28 gets the taste and goes real hard next year on a line with demidov…

The story writes itself ladies and gentlemen

  7. Holy shit, some positive news in all this bad luck… I’m soo glad for Laine. Come back, stronger, better!

LOOKS LIKE THE PARADE’S BACK ON THE MENU, BOYS!

Also, as much as I like listenning to Marinaro, he had this whole spiel about putting his word on the line regarding Laine’s season being over. So full of it haha.

  8. If this was a game, i would have to save scum like crazy to get to this timeline. Thank you rngesus
