  3. I'm very happy that Laine will not lose the whole season! I have tickets for the end of January. Hopefully, I get to see him live.

    If there's one thing that made me happy during these uncertain times, it's the problems that the Bruins are having with Swayman. Man, did they screw up by trading Ullmark before signing Swayman.

    As much as I'd like to have him on the Habs, he doesn't fit the take a little less so that the team can win culture that we are establishing.

    Cost 1 x 1st, 2nd & 3rd round picks that belong to Habs in the 2025 draft of which Habs have multiple 2 1sts, 2 2nds, 3 thirds.

    Run Swayman Monty until Fowler is ready in 1-3 years

    Then Swayman – Fowler (ELC) 2028 on

  19. Hi guys. It does not make sense to get Swayman. Montreal is projected to be one of the top teams in 2 years so let’s keep the cap space. Besides, like Jesse said, let’s see what we have in goaltenders.

    We may have a couple of goaltenders who will be better than Swayman in 2 years and don’t count out Montembeault.

    In fact, we talk a lot about having a great D in a couple of years but goaltending is our strongest position going forward.

  20. I cant believe the public perception on J Swayman? This kid has only put up top 3 numbers for last 2 yrs while being behind Bruins starter Ullmark. Reminds me early 90s when Hasek was stuck behind Blackhawks starter Belfour…..I dont expect Hughes could pull off this magic but if he could give him Price's cash and lets go get a cup/ Jeremy Swayman is ELITE as elite gets in net

  22. I think Swayman is messing up. Goalies are voodoo. Getting 8 yr term is a win already. Trying to "set the market for the future of nhl goalies' is an irrational egocentic position. Absolute brain fart. If I were Boston. I would trade him, too.

  24. Sry guys Reinbacher was a bad pick, I said it draft night and I’m saying again, he’s had bad knee’s from the get go, injury prone and meanwhile Michkov is tearing it up in Philadelphia, always gonna see this as bad move by management.
