  1. I was rooting for the Brewers, but boy do I love a clutch swing. I just felt it was coming, I kept saying "Alonso is due, and this would be the time". Sure enough, that was the time.

  4. Milwaukee is going to renew Williams contract next year for $7.25M. He only pitched 22 innings this year. There's guys that pitch 10 times that many innings for only twice the salary. Williams is a huge mistake for the team going forward beyond this year.

  20. Let’s Go!!! I was at work & glanced at 0-2 in 8th & was in a group chat with two friends & another chat with my bud. We were all commiserating about the lost game yesterday & how this loss was awful. My two friends are Jets fans & basically inveterate pessimists while I’m a Giants fans but nonetheless we were all moaning about this terrible loss which was predictable. On my way home I see a tweet from The Entertainah a NY sports YouTuber say Holy S**t! & then a flurry of texts from my friends.😮

    I was scared to look. Was it good or bad? What a turn of events! Polar Bear came up huge in one of the biggest at bats of his career. What a 9th inning! What a game! Absolutely incredible. I can’t even believe it. It doesn’t feel real. Mets win 4-2 & take the series. OMG!😁

    Mets have to resign Pete. So happy for him. We need to extend Severino & Manaea too. Now that I am home, I missed the game but can enjoy all the victorious articles & video highlights. Thank you Mets.

    Congratulations Brewers on a fine season. Sorry Brewers fans. This is the reality of the game. One team wins while one loses & goes home. One fan base is elated whole one is decimated. Tons of respect for the Brewers who are a tough as nails team & classy Brewers fans.

    On to despised rival the Phillies. LFGM!🙂👍
