No expert but doesn’t this usually happen when they just want to retain G-League rights? Either way, guy was handed a golden opportunity and fucked up. Good riddance.

They decided not to give Rose a ceremonial retirement contract and to cut a local fan favorite(Domask who went to Illinois) just for Primo, who as we all know well has a sketchy history. If I was a Bulls fan, I would be a bit annoyed.
