He did good in camp but it’s definitely unsurprising
I think it’s also better for him if he gets 20+ minutes a night in Cleveland as well as PP and PK time, which he probably wouldn’t get here
He’ll be up at the deadline if not sooner
I understand why we’re doing this, but I don’t have to be happy about it. He’d be more fun to watch than a Provorov-Christiansen pairing.

The defense isn’t going to come out unscathed. Guys will go down and he’s the first call up. He’ll be running top minutes and playing PP1 and becoming better each night.
We aren’t winning anything this year so no point rushing his development.
There’s no point in rushing him. I bet it won’t take long to see him in Columbus though.
Totally understandable but I can see why some fans will feel let down by this.
