  2. I know so many folks here have generational knowledge of hockey and have followed the kings for decades so this might seem dumb, but QB is really what cemented hockey and in particular the kings into essentially taking over my life.

Watching that dude play hockey is awe inspiring to me. I always kind of dimly “liked hockey” and being from Connecticut before moving to LA I had an odd whalers shirt or hat or whatever but once I saw QB play…

I now have a closet full of jerseys, been to countless games now, plan to see at least a game or two a month this year, watch away games on my computer, just obsessively follow all things kings now.

I was trying to explain QB to my brother who is a big soccer guy, and the closest I could come is that QB is like a Brazilian soccer team in one player. Just athletically a powerhouse but also just oddly beautiful to watch.

I’m sure I sound rediculous, but QB is awesome and seems to be just getting started.
