[Keim] One thing that has helped: Ekeler said they do more walk-throughs than any team he’s played with. Players aren’t confused and therefore they can play faster and use a variety of looks.

  1. Between practices, side work, walk throughs, and the VR, I’m convinced Jayden only ever thinks about football. The man is immersed

  2. Whatever DQ and the coaches are selling the players have 100% bought in. Everyone seems focused and they WANT to win. Especially last season even at the beginning, it didn’t feel like anyone had bought into whatever Rivera was peddling. Dudes were out there because that was their job.

  3. Makes sense why this offense has looked so in sync in year 1.. supposedly it takes like 3 years to fully implement a scheme .. only way to catch up is more reps.

Also the only way to be so detailed in this run game and pass game so early in the year is extra reps. I’m really glad it is paying off.. I mean even with the extra reps you gotta execute in game.

I hope when Cosmi talked about finally understanding what culture is it’s basically this, you must put that extra effort into being more prepared and it shows up on the field. Putting in that hard work and being accountable to your teammates shows up on Sunday. You aren’t going to win every time but you will be competitive. Some of these consistently in the playoffs teams get so many more reps than the consistently not in playoff teams.. just increasing that gap.. gotta find ways to close it.

  4. Love how McCaffrey is working out he’s so detail oriented and his blocking is at a very high level. All that plus some tough clutch catches

  5. The offense is light years ahead of anything we’ve seen here in a very long time. Kingsbury is cooking.
