How will Saleh firing affect MNF

There's the random boost teams seem to get to really behind the interim HC. Did this move make it easier or harder for us to secure a much needed W on MNF?

  1. It’ll definitely give them a boost but their offense is struggling and it likely won’t change that

  2. Their D can ball out and with the coach firing bump, I expect they absolutely will.

The offense should be better than they are. Den game was weather influenced but not to that level of ineptitude.

If our O can’t get right (and their D will be a hill climb along with our own internal issues) their O prob won’t have to do all that much to get the W.

  3. Think the offense will be better but the D crumbles. Salah was actual really good at the defensive side of the ball

  4. As much as I’d love to crush Hackett and this husk of Rodgers, I can see us dropping this game as well. I honestly had us about 8 wins this season after all the turnover in the off-season. Anything more than that, including playoffs, is just extra to me.

  5. Was Saleh really that hated by the players that they’ll play harder for the interim guy?

  6. His firing actually made no sense considering the Jets have had a pretty good defense since he’s been the coach. Only took 6 games for Rodgers to get him fired.

  7. J-E-T-S win a bounceback game due to our lack of WR depth and brutal Mc-D(ummy) game management.

  8. Yeah, the bills barely beat the sorry ass chargers last year with an interim coach and a qb who might not even be in the league this year. So new coach bounce is definitely a thing

  9. stupid move on their end. unless he was the brains behind the zach wilson debacle

  10. I think the Jets players really hate Rodgers and will not want to “help him” win. They want him off the team. The guy is, at this stage of his career, a cancer to any team. If they think Adams is going to save the offense they are nuts. The OLine is not doing anything to stop teams from crushing him ….. maybe on purpose 🤔

  11. Truth is, Josh needs to play better than he did last week. He missed open receivers, or just plain didn’t see them. Execute the offense, and we’ll be fine.

That said, Joe Brady needs to call a better game, and 17 needs a little help from his receivers. I personally think Knox could help a lot.

How about getting the refs to call defensive holding? Sauce has handfuls of jersey every down. Call a few, huh?
