I'm a former season ticket holder so they call me every year to try to talk to me about ticket packages for the next season. I missed their call and they said I could text them, so I did…
Unfortunately Arte will never read this and even if he did, he flat out doesn't care.

Reminds me of my dad who constantly chooses to complain or yell at people who aren’t able to change anything or don’t care. I feel sorry for your kids if you do this in public.

Or just respond back saying I’m not interested at the moment due to lack of wining and be done with it the poor Rep has nothing to do with how the team is doing or what Arte does with the team I. Doubt he’s going to go running to his office and show him this lol

This is like complaining to the hourly worker at a retail store about a policy they had nothing to do with.
Not sure what the sales rep did to deserve that, but glad you were able to vent the frustrations to an hourly worker

The thing is the fan base is more of a business write off kinda vibe and the occasional one off for a family night.
If they removed the tax write off I guarantee that attendance would be cut in half.
These poor sales reps are in for a bumpy ride trying to rep a baseball club that hasn’t won a playoff game since 2009….
