1. I was hoping this was gonna be the logo on the throwbacks back when we didn’t know what they were gonna look like.

   I don’t think it should be the primary logo, but would love to see it on some alternate jerseys.

6. They aren’t bringing back the look of some of the worst tigers teams of all time

7. No! That logo reminds me of being a kid and a teenager when they sucked. This reminds me of the Lions sub obsessing over the black unis or the Pistons sub obsessing over the teal unis. These uniforms weren’t good! And the teams that wore these logos/uniforms sucked!

8. Yeah, sorry, I will take the very old Tiger logo someone else posted above over this any time, this bitch haunted my childhood (kind of like Cleveland baseball did growing up in Toledo).

14. In alls seriousness it’s crazy in my opinion to have a name like the Detroit tigers and NOT use any imagery in logo designs

15. The head of this Tiger is the alt logo for most promo, and his eyes are on the city connect. Not exactly the same wrapped around the D, but he’s with us in spirit

16. Reminds me of the abysmal baseball I saw as a young kid at The Corner. $2 bleacher seats & chocolate malts, kids run the bases Mondays, Friday fireworks. Tony Clark, Travis Fryman, Bobby Higginson, Damion Easley, Jose Lima. The mid to late 90s Tigers were my guys
