Baseball results fucking SUCKED all around yesterday
Every AB is do or die today so guys have to be smart. Being down 2-1 sucks to see, but being tied at 2 leaves room for anything to happen

Need someone to come thru in a big way today. Unfortunately we’ve all seen the inconsistencies with this offense the whole second half

My parents invited me to go to Europe with them this October. I said no because I had a gut feeling the Guardians would make a deep playoff run and I wanted to be here for the games. I feel like such an idiot.
Yesterday sucked. We aren’t eliminated yet though. Just need to get it done today. Playoff baseball isn’t supposed to be easy. Need some bats to step up and relax. During the season we stranded the fewest runners, we need to get back to that efficiency. Rocchio and Kwan are doing pretty great. Josh is looking pretty good. Need the rest to help out.
Today we get going again. We need to come in pumped up and expecting to dominate. Don’t give up, don’t back down.
Backs against the wall. Are we going to break and rollover for these Tigers or are we going to do what the Yankees did to us in 2022 and win the next two.
Tigers are feeling confident got the home crowd and up by 1. Time to punch back and force a game 5.

This team goes as the first inning goes. And the first inning goes as Kwan goes. If he flails at the first two pitches and pops up to LF, they’re F’d. If he has a good patient AB, that loosens the whole team up.

Not dooming, but want to say that if today doesn’t go the way we all want it to go, it has been one hell of a ride. How can you not be romantic about baseball?
They had 17 scoreless innings until the 9th in game 2. Time to do that to them again. And.. maybe score some ourselves

I don’t know why but looking at some of the positive Reddit threads I actually feel kinda good about tonight. And if it doesn’t work out it was a fun season for the most part. Hopefully the guys relax and play how they played while they were beating everyone.
