He’s been awesome this season
We finally get cap relief and it’s immediately taken away by needing to give guys like him extensions
He simply isn’t human
As frustrating as McDermott can be, his defenses and especially his ability to cultivate the secondary have been tremendous
The fact that he wasn’t even the first cornerback we drafted that year… I don’t think anyone expected him to be starting year 1, let alone have a shot at all-pro.

A 6th rounder. Testament to the coaches and scouts.
Kind of reminds me of White’s early career where you just go entire games without hearing his name because he’s just clinically locking shit down.
How about that kid, 5th round or whatever from the juggernaut that is Villanova football! Good on him.
I’ve said over and over Benford is a CB1, he is a true gem and although ppl have been wary of Beane’s drafting, we absolutely nailed this late round pick. He’s a stud but most of the league doesn’t even know who he is. Which is fine, I’d rather him keep flying under the radar knowing he’s ours.
Cool, now if we could just finally complete a long pass like everyone else can. Diggs was a let down at the end of it all. This is not anything to do with him. Been a long time issue. I feel like it a small victory it it’s just not picked off…..now he wants to fumble ….well I guess not “now”

Yet he’s not a household name because we don’t play in New Jersey 😂
I want to get a Benford jersey, but I’m afraid it’ll put a curse on him.
