10. Funny how the royals went from 56-106 a year ago to 86-76 this year. Could it be because they wanted to shame the Jackson County voters who said “NO” to building the royals a downtown stadium?

    I live in Jackson County; definitely not a royals fan; and want to see them move across the state line into Kansas if they aren’t staying where they currently are.

He was intentionally walked in the middle of his AB late in the game because he worked the count so well that the Royals knew he was likely going to swing on the next pitch and they didn’t want to take a chance…..even with 2 outs already and a runner already on base. He was that dangerous this series. Go Yankees.
