  4. Once hakanpaa is ready, he replaces Timmins id assume, Benoit and hakanpaa on the third pair throwing there weight around, or maybe OEL and Hak on pair 2 and reunite the bang bros (mccabe & benny)

  9. Lorentz is such a well spoken guy. So refreshing to have some real personality in these interviews, instead of the usual hockey answers were so used to. Hildeby was fantastix today to, hes got a bright future

  10. Leafs under Berube look extremely good. They are playing playoff style hockey. Elite PK, elite defensive structure, strong forecheck.
    The PP tho is abysmal, put everyone on their shooting sides

  16. I am a Willy fan but that guy needs to be picking slivers out of his butt for the next game. Do not get caught up in letting that kind of crap slide. That penalty he took late in the game was selfish and lazy. And it might have cost his team the win. And OK if it was the first time but this core has been making these kind of mistakes since they joined this team and have been getting away with it. You cannot take that next step as a team when you are taking penalties like that. Soon it will lead to taking games offf or taking periods off and just being a selfish player. You can just see the difference in the way the new players on this team who have won a cup play, and our core. There is no other way to say this….they are all selfish and immature as hockey players and it has to stop. Keefe let these guys away with this crap and it killed the team. Please deal with it Mr Berube. Let him know it is unacceptable on your team. And for you Willy, you should be ashamed of yourself as a veteran leader on this team.

  22. Love Berube. Especially how he chooses not to be the players personal cheerleader. He's reserved with his praise and always points to things that can be better. Didn't make a big deal of Lorentz's and McMann's goals.

  28. I swear Lorentz gives the best interviews. So much energy, high positivity, just seems like an incredible guy to be around. So happy about that signing.

  33. “Awesome to see” , “our line played fast“ , “big body good stick“ , “have fun, play my game“ , “the beast?“ , “that was pretty cool” , “you only play your first game once“ , “bang one in … it’s a lot of fun“ , “consistent part is the hardest part“ , “.we have extra guys..“ , “…three penalties, it’s non-negotiationable….“

  35. Congrats to Hildeby on his first NHL win. It's a very short body of work so far but I have more hope in him than a guy who's undependable because he's always injured.

  38. Outside of our tendies (who BOTH look like absolute studs) anx our new defensemen (Tanev 100% as adrevised, EKL also looking great), Lorentz Patches, McMann, and Knies seem to be the forwards showing up to play. John got the gun out, but none of the other big 4 have shown up yet sad to say.
