I know a lot of people are aware of this but this is an interesting development in Gruden v. NFL. Plus, Florio's take is dead right on this which may come as a surprise to some on here.

Basically goes on to say that forcing Gruden to resign after week 5 when they being the source that leaked to the Wall Street Journal, had the emails in their possession since June and chose to leak then during the middle of the season created an issue of integrity to the season as a whole and screwed the Raiders and their fans.
