wtf I hate the padres now
I’m torn because I’ve been team Tigers but Lindor going back to Cleveland, with the ride he’s been on, feels storybook.
Curious: do you guys find my running gag in the game threads about Bob Costas’ obsession with Giancarlo Stanton’s leg injuries funny or annoying?
I’m hating waking up to this because 1. I thought the Padres were a more complete team and Padres vs. Tigers or Guards would’ve been a fun as hell match-up, and 2. now all the pregame talking heads are going to be buzzing about either OHTANI/JUDGE! or SUBWAY SERIES! while likely acting like the AL Central team is just an inconvenient road bump on the way to saving baseball.
