Even during the Super Bowl run, this writer found a way to shit on the team. And every day before, and every season after. Negative Nancy. Would be better off not writing about football; maybe swap to news or politics.

You are correct. Nothing new from this writer. You could take this script of his and post it any week, any season, and nothing would change. No insight, no evaluation, just regurgitation.
Actually this article is spot on. He gives credit to Taylor and Lou. The team let bates and reader walk. They signed subpar players on defense they don’t have enough scouts. Most of the time Williams is a subpar writer but this article is accurate.

He is so god damn bad at covering local sports.
Dudes on point and this fan base is a characteristic of the franchise. Always trying to defend this joke franchise, when it’s clearly one of the worst. Can’t take any criticism about the organization but the delusional arguments on here of how we still have a shot. We’re a good team it’s Zac Taylor’s fault, it’s Tobin or the refs etc I was a fan before there’s was Reddit or social media and this is the Bengals! Enjoy 7-10 I’m sure it’s someone else’s fault.
