[Gordon] Kerr on Buddy Hield regarding a traditional sixth-man scoring role: “He comes off the bench and you can feel his impact immediately. He’s not shy. And we need that. We need a scorer off the bench and he’s been fantastic these four games. I’m really excited about Buddy.”

  1. should be interesting to see who else comes off the bench, and if Kerr goes with size by playing TJD or Looney instead of JoKu as the 5th man (Curry, Draymond, Wiggs, Melton). one thing about Kerr that worries me are his tight rotations, and how he usually only plays 9 players, and this team has like 13 guys that can legit play

  2. Where’s Wiggins been? What’s his time table….. wondering if he’s is upset that the team said no to his wanting to play in the Paris games.

  3. Makes sense. Starting Unit:

    * Steph
    * Melton
    * JK / Wiggs
    * Draymond
    * Trayce / Loon

    I don’t even know who to put in the 2nd unit. We got like 7 or 8 guys that could play in that. A consolidation trade for a starter would be great this season.

  4. I want to see a Steph, Melton, Wiggins, Kuminga, Draymond lineup one time this pre-season plz

  5. I’ve come to terms with the starting lineup SG debate.

    Podz just has to come off the bench as the backup PG. He can and will finish games but the rotation makes more sense with him off the bench.

    If Wiggins is the SF then Melton should be the 2 for more well rounded play.

    If Kuminga is the SF then Buddy needs to be the 2 for spacing.

    This is assuming Steph, Draymond, and TJD are the other starters.
