Crossing my fingers there will be some sort of video stream of this game
I have been super high on Toumani but man… at this point I think there is a small chance he is the best wing on the roster at some point this season. He is giving us what I thought Deni was going to give us (and still will!!!). I mean Tou was playing SHOOTING GUARD for us and was able to get under Fox skin on defense and punish Kings with his scoring.
His handle looks SO much better and add that to his extra added strength, he is able to get to his spots and use either hand to finish at the rim. He is attacking close outs better AND I really trust his jumpshot. Last year he was one of those guys you could hide weaker defenders on because Camara was limited but now… man I really think we may have our OG-lite with him.
Clingan… Dude is a rookie but still makes such an impact with his size. It’s just physically hard to get over his screens on defense and Banton is actually able to really utilize that spacing and drive a good offense with their 2 man game. Clingan has legit gravity as a roller and screener that just makes the offense soooo much cleaner than guys trying to play off of Ayton being a weak screener that wants to shoot mid range shots. I like Ayton a lot but I think Clingan size is a difference maker on both ends that it really helps the team. Now imagine when Clingan builds his NBA body and catches on to offensive players tricks and pace. Dude is going to be a rock solid center.
