  2. I’ve loved seeing the goal horn / song / theatrics come together. Obviously the real horn, then the Eminem goal song, and I’m loving the spotlight & smoke cannons that they’ve got going on

  4. Video of Debrincat’s kneeling one timer for the first goal won’t get old. So satisfying watching someone drop on a knee and rip it

  6. Can’t fall into run and gun offense with these guys. Need to lock it down defensively and keep em to the outside. Take offense as it comes naturally and don’t force anything.

    Seriously, if they wanted to make like 10% of the games available free, nationwide on the NHL YouTube channel to grow the game – sure, I get it.

    But this bull$hit cash grab – no, thank you.  Same to the “Hulu exclusives” and whatever other random “exclusives” they toss in for one game per season.

  20. Genius / heads up pass by Seider on Tarasenko’s first goal by the way. Debrincat was fully wound up for a one timer near Tarasenko, which sucked both forwards towards Debrincat. Seider picked up on that and went to Tarasenko, who had loads of space to shoot and score. Everyone bit on the righty one timer. Seemed strategic by Debrincat too, he wound up really early and held it

  22. How many teams are still truly buns this year? Chicago seems to actually look decent and passes the eye test so far.

    I looked at our schedule, not a whole lot of “free” wins.

    Edit: high probability wins, not free.

  23. Anyone else got today off? Probably not. Sometimes I don’t like being a soulless paper pusher but today…no work and im going fishing.

  26. I would rather see Watson over Kasper tonight. Only because Trouba (who i hope we don’t pursue) is a head hunting feen and liability every time he steps on the ice. Kids got to learn, but i don’t think this is the team to do it with.
