That wasn’t the trade. The actual trade was bad enough, you don’t need to make up shit.
I actually like the young guys we got in the trade much more than Vargas
I see no way in hell he doesn’t get fleeced if he trades Crochet or Robert. Not after this trade and the Cease and Bummer trades. The Bummer trade I was ok with bc I hated his fucking face and it felt like the Sox would immediately start losing every time he came into a game but I understand that he had value and all the Sox got in return was overpaid bums (Soroka and Lopez) and young useless players (Braden Shewmake and Jared Shuster).
This trade was such a fail. I mean, this is misleading, but it’s not far off. Getz got fucking raped.
