Wonder if they tied the players pay to making playoffs ' some sort of ladder raised payments to get to playoffs. They seem lazy and overpaid and getting worse. I am not paying to see this , no value or fun. Poor product. There are bright spots and not all players failing but the lack of accountability is glaring.

This franchise has been dysfunctional since 2011 when Khan bought the team. Aside from 2 years where the rest of the AFC South was decimated, every year has been the same story. Nothing has changed and nothing will change.
