Host Jake Madison delves into the Pelicans’ preseason strategy, highlighting Yves Missi’s impressive shot-blocking performance and the importance of the upcoming game against the Houston Rockets. The discussion critiques the team’s approach, questioning whether they missed opportunities by not playing Ingram earlier and failing to test their small ball lineup adequately.

  1. The initial betting spread vs Chicago was Pels -4.5. This was assuming a full pre-season schedule, BI playing pre-season and a healthy Trey Murphy. Now the spread is Pels -7.5.
