So I was just going over DJ’s numbers and noticed something disturbing, in the game against the vikings he had 42 pass attempts, against the cowboys he had 40 attempts and last night against the bengals he had 41. That’s 123 total pass attempts with 0 touchdowns. That almost seems impossible. What else does this organization need to see?

  1. He sucks. What’s there to assess? No touch on anything past 15 yards. No real consistency throughout his career…

  2. We’ve had 5 plus seasons to assess, he is what he is. He’ll be a backup somewhere for an long time probably

  3. There’s nothing to assess. It’s been 6 years lol he’s inconsistent. He’s not going to elevate this team enough to win games.

  4. Only the Giants would draft a QB from Duke and think he’d be good. Guess they didn’t learn their lesson from drafting Dave Brown lmao

  5. He’s a mediocre backup and a good number 3. 2022 was a mirage because the Giants had a powder puff schedule. That year made people think he was something he is not. In that year, they rarely attempted passes over 20 yards. It looks like he has lost arm strength since the neck injury as well.

  6. When he threw the interception, while being chased, so close to being able to score a touchdown, I thought how could a 6 year veteran make such a bad decision. Unfortunately those decisions are much more prevalent than his good ones. Stick a fork in him, he’s done.

  7. Assessing DJ? Sure! Here goes:

With of course absolutely no offense intended towards hippos and/or their helicopter shits.

  8. Holy shit, there’s no need for more analysis. The guy sucks. Anyone with eyes who has ever watched a football game can see it. Daniel Jones is not a good quarterback. Literally everyone with any sense knows this. He’s a good teammate, shows up and works hard, does everything the “right way”, and none of it matters because he still just sucks.

  9. First three letters hit it – ASS. It’s been 6 years. He has his moments. He’s just not it and the bandaid has to come off. He’s a high end backup. Joe Flaco would have made this team work.

  10. I’d bench his ass. Patience worn thin. I’m done. Experiment over. Let’s see what the other two guys can do.

  11. I want nuss pretty bad. As an lsu fan and watching Daniels go to Washington, and watching burrow, I just want an LSU qb 😭

  12. The decisions he made in that game is what finally told me he is not the answer.

He’s predetermined before the play who he is throwing to and the D is locking on to that

  13. When he was playing well, I told everyone that he would not stay at that level. There was no reason for him to play so bad last night. The line did great. There were open players, he is just that QB that can’t put it all together.

  14. Real question is when he gets benched. Once they decide season is over his injury guarantee means he sits . I’m guessing 4 more weeks. Maybe Thanksgiving is his last game to avoid the spectacle of tanking on Thanksgiving.

  15. 68TD/44INT in 66 games. It’s actually pretty pathetic when you consider the fact Winston went 30/30 in just one 16 game season

  16. The organization is already aware. They just can’t get rid of him now. Why do you act like they’re extending him

  17. They need to bench him before he gets injured. Even if the next guy up is worse. I don’t care.

This season is over. Jones getting hurt will guarantee the next couple season are over as well. I’m honestly surprised they didn’t pickup a Flacco tier backup this off-season in preparation to bench him.

They had to know this team wasn’t post season ready. Mara needs to stay the fuck away from the FO.
