Texts from RMFH legit?

Got a text and conversation with Chris Painter. I was just making sure this is legit. Have any of you gotten similar texts? Just making sure before I progress.

  1. Have you ever bought like some package? One time me and extended family bought 10 at a time, and I was the one who organized it so they send me stuff from their reps, never free tickets but info about deals or whatever. This was the Nuggets though btw.

    I’d just call them directly.

  2. Yes. It’s probably legit. They have ticket sales folks that do this. Probably trying to get you to buy season tickets or some other lesser ticket package

  3. Seems legit. If you ever do a sweepstakes with the Cavs, you give them your email and possibly number. They call each year and I feel bad saying no. I work til 6 and it’s a 3 hour drive. I’m not making many games anymore. Had season tickets in 2018 after Lebron left and I couldnt sell my extras

  4. It’s legit. I received a similar text last fall and took them up on it – it’s a legit free game. They will want to meet you before the game or at halftime and will try to sell you season ticket packages. The ‘tour’ isn’t much lol … just a brief talk at the wall that has the old floor, and then a short look at the members lounge.
It is pretty high pressure sales … I had to say No enough times that I didn’t get back to my seat before the 2nd half started.

  5. I get these all the time.  The best part is one of my family members who makes SIGNIFICANTLY more money than I do got me floor seats for my birthday, and they gave me free tickets to the Huntington Legends Club wanting to talk me into a premium package.  As soon as I told them what I do for a living, they just left me alone while I watched the game and went wild on the buffet/open bar.

  6. Yes, it’s legitimate. They’ll give you free tickets to one game but then will try to sell you season tickets. I’m taking up the offer and will just smile and nod pretending to be semi interested lol
