saw him in Calgary 2 days ago. Didn’t score, but was solid defensively, had 3 shots and was a +1. They lost 4-3 in a shootout though.
I know you mean well OP but how is this any different than anyone who’s been calling him out thus far lol. I guess 2 extra games into the season was enough to make the Petey criticism acceptable.

Remember when Trea Turner was struggling for the Phillies this year and that fan turned it around, he got cheered and standing ovations and then turned it around.

The Canucks got absolutely walked tonight, only Hughes and Garland showed up, everyone else was slow and afraid. I know people will say it’s only 3 games but it’s the way they’re playing, no confidence, no sense of urgency, no skill, just terrible. If they play like this on thursday I’m done with them, no point in giving this team my time and attention.
Maybe someone stole his talent, like what happened to Kevin Durant in the movie Thunderstruck.
It’s like in Space Jam where the aliens steal the talent of all the players. Please come back 🙏. I want to see that lethal shot again
