Watched Brink play in high school here in MN. He said he spent all summer working to get stronger and better in the Philly area. He looks it. The team is young. They’re faster. Still making mistakes but learning. Lots of positive stuff.
Holy crap is Couturier awful. What kind of captain gets the fewest minutes on a team?

Well, 3 points out of a VAN, CGY, EDM away tour with a back-to-back travel and game. Could've been worse! Also, Michkovmania started nicely.
As an Oilers fan i love how real Torts is and no BS. Even he hated how the refs took over the game tonight

Nothing has changed. Drysdale no offence…Couturier useless…burn out Sanheim, York, and Ersson by January. Fail miserably.
Lets face it, Michkov first 2 goals were cheapies. Luchanko provides little and is bad defensively.
They are no better than a .500 team because the defence is really average and no centers. Backup goaltender is another basketcase
Will see how this season goes….way to early …time will tell Hope they play more aggressive as a team this year
