Massive names……
On a serious note, I wonder who they already called and told them they ain’t getting da job. You’d think someone would have a source. 🙄
“Tigers bench coach George Lombard and Padres special assistant A.J. Ellis are the two latest names connected to the job.”
I don’t see why these guys would leave their teams for the Sox, but Ellis specifically could be interesting.
It’s narrowing but more names are appearing?
Why can’t the Sox just hire an experienced manager with a solid track record working with rebuilding teams. Hiring inexperienced managers has been an epic failure in the past. Adding to that is that we are trusting an incompetent Getz to do this?
