Josh Allen needs reliable weapons. He has a few good weapons which include Kincaid, Shakir, if they get him healthy and James Cook. Plus Josh Allen is noted for making some big plays with his legs. Now if the Bills can get Amari Cooper up to speed and involved in the game plan that could help the Bills become more of a threat offensively.
