1. Would be good to clear up some money to bring in a huge piece especially with the rumour about Juan Soto

2. If Bo goes, Valdi will spend the whole first half of the season, crying, pouting and not performing like he did last year. Then once he realizes like he did last year that that’s not working he will become one of the best ball players in the league because he knows the big contract. Will be depending on it.

3. the ATL trade would be massive, but is SHATKINS gonna entertain a GOOD trade??? Probably not. History shows that. They're hell-bent on reducing this team to ashes before it gets moved out of TO. I'm serious. It looks like the tea leaves are showing a drastic reduction in skill and they're gonna sell/move the team IMHO. I say in less than 10 years Canada will NOT have an MLB team.

4. Stop this, Bo has been a top 3 hitter the last 3 years and had his best defensive season 2 seasons ago. One season with a couple injuries and everyone wants him gone, I promise you we will not get another shortstop better than Bo, unless we get lucky on a draft. Look I see blue jays and braves hook up in a trade for Bo is not going anything near that proposed trait for several factors one you have the fact that both coming off of major injury and a very extremely down here that is relevant. You have to add the fact that the Braves traded for Chris who has a better track record a lot better than with Bo has been so far in his career. Even though Chris had history of arm issues, he is still a bigger star and a better name in the baseball and in exchange, all they got was medium star prospect from the Atlanta Braves . I could see happening. I see both bo and and bassist head to Atlanta in exchange for braves number 4 ss nacho Alvarez Brice elder ,, braves # 25 lp Dylan Dodd and maybe prospect just out braves top 30 list

9. If the Jays pick up Arcia, I am out as a fan. This guy sucks. Get prospects instead. The Jays already have better in house options to Arcia. They do that move and they are dumber than we think.

10. You're driving yourself into a corner if you trade Bo in my opinion.
    Bo's value is at its all time lowest, and I highly doubt a deal proposed like that Braves one would get it done. If you do trade him, well you also risk a big comeback year from him as well which is something that the Blue Jays lineup needs. We need more help in this lineup, the bullpen is in shambles, and our starting pitching is starting to look older, trading Bo would only temporarily fix these issues, I feel like you have to look in different avenues, like maybe a Spencer Horwitz, Davis Schneider, Chris Bassitt, or even a Daulton Varsho before you think about trading Bo.

    But what do I know, I'm playing armchair gm, the upper management knows more.

12. Bo is coming off of a rough season, riddled with injury and attitude issues. Potential trade partners would rather sit on the sidelines to see how Bo starts the season, see if they're in contention at the trade deadline, and offer more at that time in order to improve their chances at going all the way in the postseason. They'd pay more for less time with him, with the value being more certainty that the trade would benefit them.
