If you check out the stats and our shots on goal we are actually doing pretty good. It just seems the team is getting incredibly unlucky. Give it time and the goals will start coming.

I’ll never understand the people that think the season is lost a handful of games into the season. The oilers had a crazy bad start to the season last year then went all the way to game 7 of the finals. People need to just have a drink have a smoke or whatever they do to chill the fuck out.
We deserved to win all three. We have interesting things to discuss re the second line and the defensive pairings but this season still looks positive from where I’m standing.
I’m still excited for this team, I’ve been excited since June and three games won’t change that
Oh cool a graph with zero information telling me not to worry
Preds had 4 high danger 5v5 chances And at least 5 odd man rushes
That’s not bad luck, that’s poor playing
I’m not panicking, nor am I a doomer but I have a hard time taking a “Deserve to Win” metric seriously.
I heard so much about how we deserved to beat Vancouver and all that last year. I’m don’t with deserved to, should have, and “well we played great for all except about X minutes in the 2nd period”
I believe this team can get it together but it’s going to be entirely based on them executing and finishing what they started and not what they deserved.
