We’ve hit the nostalgia stage of being dog shit.
My father and I had a tumultuous relationship growing up.
But sitting there with him in that freezing cold stadium, he’d say “we just need to score before the half.” then “we got momentum, we need a big stop.” then “we just need to get to the field goal.”
That man was so optimistic, and celebrating there with him is the happiest moment i have of my father and I. I will remember that shit till the day I die.

He was instrumental to our playoff run. Played his ass off down the stretch.
I miss the scrap of that team.
