This is a situation to watch closely, because neither player nor team seems to know how or when it will end. Stafford is 36 and has dealt with injuries recently. Does he want to play after this season?

  31. most teams would’ve dumped jones after his rookie contract, look at all the QB busts that flourish on other teams. Dumping QBs is the norm.The giants however are not most teams. Like him or not the franchise just isn’t moving on yet. Atleast thats how I view it.

Marshall what do think about letting Jones go saving that 40 million and bolstering the team through the draft and free agency, while having a bridge year at QB, and go all out for Arch Manning? I do think a dual threat QB is preferable to finally have in New York, I know Jones has the most rushing yards of any New York QB but I'm talking escapability and throwing accuracy on the run in broken play situations! Arch seems pretty mobile and obviously the arm is there as well as tradition. Or do you go the Cam Ward/Jalen Minroe route in the draft?
