Ok hear me out, our fans shouldn’t buy Twins. We should buy the sux. Just imagine the shenanigans we can get up to.
Wouldn’t put it past him to say that just to drive down the potential asking price for the Twins or to distort the market so much the Pohlads pull it back.
Honestly this isn’t great. I’d assume that on a national level the Sox are considered more valuable than the Twins. Possibly hurts the market slightly?
Then again my assumption is that there’s probably already a potential buyer for the Twins.
Let’s buy them and change the name to “Twins Too”
