Cardinals’ Drew Petzing looks inward to address inconsistency, getting Marvin Harrison Jr. the ball

From article: “Murray has completed 59 throws to tight ends and running backs with only 57 to wide receivers this season. “. WRs have had plenty of drops too to be fair.

  1. Give MHJ a few more easy catches rather than expecting him to be prime Fitz as a rookie. Let him develop actual chemistry and experience. Not just deep throws and bailout shots into double coverage.

  2. Or those short five yard passes and then out of bounds like Hopkins was doing under Kliff.

  3. They’ve already pushed the ball to Harrison. We see it every game. He’s consistently double covered too because they know who Kyler’s passing to on a third and long or pass to the end zone. He drops it under pressure probably because he’s a rookie that’s learning what it’s like to be hit in the NFL. Kyler has thrown him into a safety several times. You can see Harrison get alligator arms when he’s covered and trying to catch a pass under heat. We need to start spreading the ball. McBride has been there for Kyler all last season and Wilson has had some clutch catches this season. Spread the ball!

Beat that dead horse Gannon. Keep putting pressure on Marvin in his first year and keep letting Kyler get pressured every play. It’s a recipe for disaster. We’ve seen how Kyler played for Kingsbury. We should have kept Kingsbury. I 100% blame the offensive struggles on the coaching and leadership. The losses I blame on the Defensive coordinator and GM. Our defense is fast but that’s it. No experience in the front 7. One veteran player at safety trying to captain and motivate a young D other than his corners. This is a coaching and Managment issue. Ultimately on Bidwill’s say so. Bidwill is worse than Jerry Jones he’s just quiet about it. Please sell the team!
