  23. I feel like we’re just defaulting to him now. Not to say he didn’t deserve it but there was some pretty good rookie play and it wasn’t his best week. lol

  24. all the bears fans have to do is vote for him right? but i get the idea that its more than commie fans voting for him. the league/media/ loves the kid. it’s how he’s presented himself from day one. they’ll take the confidently humble kid over the persona that caleb has shown so far. even if people have been overreacting to stuff..nails..crying..etc. its wild though. people love our QB and he has the skills and work ethic to match it. (not saying caleb isn’t working hard. he’s getting better each week )

  25. I know he played well in the loss, but Caleb, (yes against a garbage team) played insane. That said I did watch some analysts say this might have been the best QB play JD has done as far as decision-making and processing.

    However, I am now fully convinced Packers and Lions fans are in fact voting Daniels to piss off Bears fans.

    You could still go either way. Daniels did well in a hostile environment. I could see Caleb shitting his pants in his first game at M&T Bank.

    Personally I thought it would finally go to Caleb this week, but lololol Jags didn’t help his case.

  31. In the meantime, Drake Maye had his first start… and looked like might get somebody fired one day. Slow wind up telegraphed his passes and leading to errant throws, poor footwork paired with terrible o-line play leading to sack fumbles. Maye is young, but by golly I think we dodged a bullet with him.

  38. Bears fans likely losing it right now. But that’s what happens when he beats up on a bad jags team and we go toe to toe with a Super Bowl contender.
