Seahawks aint gonna win.
Like Newsome but why would Cleveland trade him? You don't fire-sale young talent that doesn't cost much. You fire-sale older/high priced players with expiring contracts that you doubt you'll be able to resign (like Leonard Williams last year?). The Seahawks need to find these one-year "rent a player" types. Also like Ojulari but the Giants are improving and Dabol wants to keep his job… they aren't in fire sale mode. Don't see AZ helping out the Seahawks by giving them a LB. I'm tempted to say take either O-lineman, but neither seems like a real upgrade… Going to have to muddle through and sign a big ticket Right Tackle (and maybe RG) next off season. Just don't see the Seahawks drafting high enough to take another Charles Cross, and we all know Schneider doesn't like to go O-lineman in the 1st round. They're real problem is just injuries and they can't fix that with trades since it's not one player. It's several positions… The Seahawks just need to muddle through and try and go 2-1 before the bye. Then try and be healthy for the stretch run. If they can do that, their season isn't lost. At least today's trade suggestions are more realistic than yesterday's "trade DK Metcalf" offering which is never happening. Nor would the Raiders part with Max Crosby…

Devin Witherspoon a top corner right? He has no ball skills and in 24 career games has 1 INT. That was in week 4 his rookie year Monday night football off Daniel Jones. He gets nothing compared to top corners. He is not a ball Hawk but I am sure we will Keep John Schneider around long enough to pay Spoon top dollar for bottom performance
