Dalton Knecht put up 35 points (8-13 3pt. FG), and 20 of the Los Angeles Lakers last 22 points to finish the game, as the Lakers defeated the Phoenix Suns, 128-122, in overtime. Anthony Davis added 35 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Lakers in the victory, while Devin Booker (22 points) and Kevin Durant (19 points) combined for 41 points for the Suns in the losing effort. The Lakers improve to 2-3 in the NBA Preseason, while the Suns finish NBA Preseason with a record of 3-2.
The Lakers have one more preseason game tomorrow night before opening the regular season against the Timberwolves at home on Tuesday, October 22nd, at 10:00 p.m. ET (TNT).
The Suns open the regular season on the road against the Clippers on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 10:00 p.m. ET (ESPN).

OMG, ESPN highlighted all of Bronny's attempted (4) shots, even the ones he missed….. and only showed Dalton Knecht's one 3-point shot…. they should have shown all his 8-13 (3-point shots going in…. That dude was on fire and pushed them to OT and the win….. but no they talked about how Bronny and how he has game. Hahahaha. What a JOKE….. And I'm a GSW fan.
If you haven't been waiting for Dalton to bust out then you don't know. Maybe now you do.
Another spectacular rookie will carry the clown this season. Give Knecht an extension and put the other clown rookie in the G League.
