  1. I think this game will be an online example of how statistics and sample size can trick you. Both of these teams are being lauded for their run defense and could be very good at that, but they've both spent so much time ahead that their opponents have to pass and that really skews things

  2. How are these guys so wrong?
Just watch Isaac Punt's video about this game, he gets it.
The Lions were 100% locked-in on making a statement against the Cowboys(and the refs) from the very first snap.
Offensive linemen reported 13 times in that game. 13 TIMES! Just to prove that they have always known how to do it correctly. Beyond petty stuff.

  3. I still cannot believe that people legit think how good your overall offense is against the Vikings defense is what determines success. No this isn’t a standard defense this defense literally puts it all on the quarter back into a make or break deal. The QB either figures out what they are doing pre snap or needs to improvise post snap there is very little wiggle room in between.

  4. It doesn't matter who the Vikings quarterback, they will not have confidence in them. This is the same tired line they used on Kirk Cousins and now that he is in Atlanta, he is truly amazing. It's ok, keep sleeping on the Vikings.

  5. The last time gmfb talked so high about the Lions, the Ravens curb stomped them 45-3 in B-more. Kyle Brandt ripped the gmfb studio apart, while ripping the Lions, who he never spoke nicely about til the playoffs!

  6. Detroit has grilled cheese sandwiches and Minnesota has the full lunch special. Two different meals. 35 – 13 Minnesota with Detroit unable to establish the short passing game or the run.

  7. What could decide the game is who scores first. Minnesota has only been trailing around 3 mins in 5 games. We have not seen what happens if they are trailing by more than 7 points.

  8. This guy is wild to think the Lions are gonna score 30 on Flores' defense. They'll be lucky to get 20 points. Made Stroud look terrible. Made Purdy look like Mr. Irrelevant. They'll make Goff look like the guy McVeigh dumped.
