  1. No. They are just adjusting to losing 5 players and a lot of speed. They are not as talented a team as last year, so they have to adjust by vastly improving their 2 way team play, which they are doing. It's a long year and additions will be made. The only thing don't have any faith in the Stu Skinner. Pickard is a great backup, and he's better then Skinner as I said at the start of last year. Knob is a fool if he doesn't use Pickard more then he did last year.

  2. You are spot on. Living in Milwaukee Wisconsin I am a Green Bay Packer fan. In 1995 the Packers got many great new players who came to GB to play with Brett Favre and to win a championship. In 1996 they won the Super Bowl. Talent, Desire and Intention can work. Love the work you do on your channel!

  3. Its too bad Holloway and broberg didnt want to stay.

But in the cycles and set play, their playing speed is good.

A good puck moving defenseman would help.

We'll see what happens by deadline, maybe Noah Philp can step up this year. Matt Savoie too or next year at least.

  4. I'm a little miffed that it now costs money to listen to Oilers Now. At least for me. We're lucky to have the next best commentary on the Oilers free on YT and that's Dolynny TV (IMO). I obviously agree with about everything you say, and there's lots of food for thought. As many are, I'm transplanted from Edm to Flames City. I'll die an Oilers fan and I wear the colors proud. Great job, Ty 👍
