The Harsh Truth About The Toronto Blue Jays…

The Blue Jays went through a change when former General Manager Alex Antomplous left the team. Of course they brought in the new president and GM Ross Atkins and Mark Shapiro, and as well, big Blue Jays stars from AA’s team started to leave or get traded away, sending the Blue Jays in to a rebuild. Of course I accepted this reality, the team was getting older and the farm system was depleted, and it was time to restock the system and cut down on the payroll. I started getting hope again when Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Bo Bichette and even Cavan Biggio started making their way to the big leagues in 2019. And I think that’s when the front office started to get hope as well. They knew they had something special and they proceeded to make some huge splashes like Hyun-Jin Ryu, George Springer, Marcus Semien, Kevin Gausman, Jose Berrios, and Chris Bassitt. They truly went all in the next 3 seasons spending more money than any Blue Jays front office ever.

But the truth is, it didn’t work…
