10. I don’t know why people keep talking about Marcus Davenport. Davenport played for a total of 3 quarters, if that, out of five games. The defense has been playing pretty much lights out for the other 12 quarters that he didn’t play in. We will be fine, we will win, and they will see that they are not as good as they think.

18. I just can't shake this feeling that the Viking success isn't anything more than an anomaly. This is a team riding along a tremendous rushing stream right now, but right up ahead is a huge waterfall. I respect Tyler's opinion, but there's no way soooo many analysts could have been totally wrong about Minnesota at the beginning of the season. 20. What happened when Flores tried the same blitzes against Goff last year! Almost 300 yards per game, 122 passer rating, zero interceptions!! 21. I kinda liked the guy. He was honest and not afraid to share what he believed. So much better than someone giving flowers to the Lions with fake compliments they don't really believe. However, you can challenge him on some of his points. First of all, he said to wipe your memory of the Vikings team from last season. Why? There are a lot of players from that below average team of '23 still on this roster, it's the same coaching staff, and they lost a 10 top QB and a top 5 pass rusher to free agency. Second, he hints that he can't assess how good the Lions are this season because they haven't played a difficult team. They can only play who is on the schedule and I think the Lions have proven themselves based on '23 playoff run. Third, he also hints that the Texans and Packers have better offenses. I don't know how he can make that argument. Last, he completely dismisses that Jordan Love lit up his "scary" defense for 400yds by calling a 2-point game "garbage time".

23. Ben Johnson's offense is much more confusing for the defenses with million combinations! He confused the hack out of defense of Flores which fell flat for almost 300 yards per game and two losses against Lions last year! Really " Darn" OLD Darnold will resurface!! 32. If PFF has any value (that is a big IF), the interior offensive line for the Vikings is a huge weakness. Their offensive tackles are for real, so I hope Detroit attacks that interior with blitzes and allow DL to play to their potential.

37. I think this Vikings guy is wrong about Flores loading the box like normal. If Lions run a quick snap before they're set and they're trying to load the box Jamo can outrun the safties to their spots or the Lions can go jumbo to match Vikings loading the box and Gibbs can outrun the defense. Flores can't play the Lions the same as everyone else.
