The Chicago Bears BIGGEST PROBLEM Right Now Is No Fault Of Their Own…

The Chicago Bears have won 3 games in a row for the first time under Matt Eberflus and sit at 4-2 overall on the 2024 NFL Season. The biggest problem for the Bears right now has nothing to do with themselves. It’s the division they play in. Despite being 4-2, the Bears are dead last in the NFC North right now and are currently outside of the NFC Playoff Picture. Can the Bears overcome the toughest division in the NFL and make the playoffs this season? Chat Sports host Harrison Graham has a full NFC North breakdown and goes into the numbers of why it’s been the best division in the NFL by a mile.

All 4 teams in the NFC North are 4-2 or better as the division is a combined 17-5 overall. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter had the note that the .773 combined winning percentage through 6 weeks is the best divisional winning percentage since the NFL merger in 1970. All 4 teams are also a +41 or better in point differential. Could the 2024 NFC North make history by having every team make the NFL Playoffs this season? It hasn’t happened yet since it became possible in 2021 with the playoffs expanding to 7 teams per conference.

NFC North Standings & Point Differential through NFL Week 6:
#1: Minnesota Vikings (5-0) | +63
#2: Detroit Lions (4-1) | +60
#3: Green Bay Packers (4-2) | +41
#4: Chicago Bears (4-2) | +47

  1. I think it’s a toss up, but I like Vikings or packers unfortunately. If o line holds up and flus doesn’t make any stupid calls in game then bears can be in the mix

  2. vikings might win it. the have a cake walk schedule. and TJ Hok comes back soon. so theyll probably win the division. Btw…. who ever made the schedule is a idiot. the reason we play div opponents 6x in the 2nd half is silly. btw….the Vikings are mainly good defensively. packers? mainly offensively. lions? little bit of both. bears? mostly defense, but our offense is coming along. out of the next 11 games only the Patriots game seems like itll be easy. We'll surely get tested after the bye. more so our defense (our offense might have to save our asses a few times. so i hope caleb and crew is ready)

  3. The Bears have the toughest schedule in the NFL for the 2nd half of the season followed closely by the Lions. Of the NFC North teams, the Vikings have the easiest (least difficult) schedule. I think the Vikings will steal a playoff spot from the Packers. The Packers don't look as strong as last season. The Bears have an opportunity to sneak into a wildcard, but they need to be firing on all cylinders AND avoid major injuries to do that. They haven't been able to to do either for many years.

  4. Bears win 11 games, a lot of fans don’t understand, just bc division games are gonna be tough doesn’t mean we can’t win them. Vikings and packers are a fraud

  5. I don't think that the division will continue winning 80% of their non-divisional games, there will be some reversion to the mean. Let's hope the Vikings, Packers and Lions are the teams that revert.

  6. Our road goes through two cities. The Commanders game is our biggest game because of the psychological part of it then GB. Get those 2 wins we have a chance. I think we can beat the Lions as well as the Vikings.

  7. As long as we finish over 500 I'm fine with this season. Otherwise Eberflus must go! Year 3 if he still can't finish over .500 HE MUST GO! And anyone who wants him to stay at that point MUST GO TOO!

  8. Realize most of the teams have NOT played each other so its hard to say where the division will be in December. There are 3 wild card spots and anything is possible. It depends on coaching our true weakness.

  9. TO ME THE BEARS WILL GO AS FAR AS THIS OFFENSIVE LINE AND RUNNING GAME TAKES THEM-A BIG UNKNOWN. CALEB WILL BE A MEGA STAR AND LETS DONT PANIC IF HE HAS A BAD GAME OR BAD INTERCEPTION ALL QB'S DO AND HE IS A ROOKIE. NEXT YEAR I WANT THE BERLIN WALL AROUND CALEB-HE GETS TIME AND PROTECTION HE IS DEADLY.

  10. Bears will win enough games for Flus to get a new contract but miss the playoffs. Bears will miss out on a better HC because Flus will get a new contract. Bears will regress in the following 2 season wasting Caleb’s rookie contract .

I don’t think Flus is a good Head Coach. He is a good DC but not a good HC
