  1. I went to this game for my first game at UBS Arena and this in person felt like it was going to go on forever but the last goal and save of the shoutout felt like the roof is going to come off the building. What a game.

  2. Came up from Kentucky to watch this, haven’t been to a game since Nassau, picked a good game. EVERY FRIGGIN EMOTION. THEN THE YANKEES MAD THE WORLD SERIES RIGHT AFTER

  3. This was the first shootout win in UBS Arena history. The Islanders have now played in the venue for four seasons. Shootouts have been a house of horrors for the Islanders in recent memory. Was so relieved to get our first win at home this year.
