  1. Man, if the pre-season was any indication of how this season is going to go, I'm stoked.

Yes, I feel like their first round pick next year is likely gone, but that isn't the end of the world if they can use this season to truly figure out their core players and rotations moving forward this year.

They might have one too many players that need to function with the ball in their hands, but I feel like Giddey is really the only one that isn't quite yet versatile enough to succeed without having the ball.

I think Zach, Coby, Ayo, and Lonzo can all function and even thrive without always having to run the offense. It's just going to be Donovan figuring out the best rotations and pairings for everyone.

Ayo, Buzelis, P-Will, Terry, and Phillips all looked extremely active, motivated, and it's going to be fun to see how each player grows over the course of this season as the team chemistry comes together.

Vucevic and LaVine looked very impressive as well, and both look like they turned back the clock by 5 years. Both look like they're in excellent shape, and Vucevic even looked athletic. Having him driving from the top of the key and taking guys to the basket was fun to watch and I forgot he even had that in his game.
