1. At least he's honest about not being able to pronounce Lekkerimaki's name. I had a learning curve with it too. I'm sure if he sticks around, he'll have a nickname by the end of preseason.

3. I enjoy hearing DeBrusk talk, he seems like a pleasant guy to be around. I heard he’s got a bit of temper, I wonder how he is when he’s angry. lol Sort of how Miller is, maybe they are two peas in a pod.

16. I like Jake, I’m happy with the signing and how he’s handled everything so far. I think my only issue is that maybe we’ve set too high of expectations for him and I’m hoping if and when he has a slump he’s able to handle it and the media and fans don’t rub him the wrong way. He’s a 20-30 goal scorer. Which is essentially the same as Garland. So if he goes 5+ games without a goal I’m worried the media might start bringing up those questions

25. Guy evolved his game last year. I think it's great that he's willing to learn and evolve. His two way play and physicality went up last year. Much like Boeser who evolved his game too. I think Debrusk has more to gain here. If he can bury the chances Mikheyev routinely fumbled 25-30 goals is not out of the realm of possibility. As well as being a cog on the PK potentially.

29. He can get a team going scoring some big timely goals out of nowhere, gonna miss his speed in Boston, don't think he deserved to get treated like that at times so he looks healthy and happy good luck in Riotsville.
