Mavs don't need Superstar Klay to win playoff games. All they need is Game 6 Klay. I am sure he still has that in his bag.

Pair the sub par scoring efficiency with more mediocre defense (especially compared to Jones Jr, & Naji Marshall) I don't think it adds up to winning anymore. Especially if you pay the guy more than 0-15 mil a game.
Willing to think he can fit in Dallas and be effective. I just don't know if the role justifies the price though.
